CS Margdarshan (Civil Services Margdarshan) is a non-profit online initiative of serving civil servants who are ready to give back to society and their roots. This is strictly a guidance program for young students from rural areas who wish to enter civil services.
Note: We are NOT a coaching institute. We are a platform to bring the best talent from villages by guiding them for self-study and career planning.

B.Com., M.Com., MBA, LL.B. Originally from Gohana, he specializes in helping civil services aspirants overcome preparation burnout, optimize study habits, and develop strong backup career plans.
Hailing from Bhiwani, Haryana, he cleared the UPSC Preliminary Examination and qualified for the Mains. He also reached the HPSC interview stage and currently serves as a Director in a reputed multinational company in Gurugram.
Closely involved in mentoring UPSC aspirants, he has cleared multiple UPSC Mains and Preliminary examinations, along with more than 10 State PCS examinations (UPPCS, HPSC, PPSC, etc.). He brings fresh perspectives and up-to-date insights into the examination process.
A Digital Marketing Expert from Imlota village in Charkhi Dadri, he serves as the technical expert for the CS Margdarshan team, managing the website and digital infrastructure. He has helped more than 200 businesses establish their online presence.

No. All guidance provided by our officer mentors is completely free of cost as a service to society.
No. We do not have any physical centers. All guidance is conducted online via Google Meet or digital resources to reach the maximum number of rural students.
